Yes, we definitely felt stuck, our minds and emotions shackled by negative thoughts and patterns.

But also like you, we didn’t stop searching for an answer— And to our sheer amazement (and delight), we actually found a simple solution that really works.

(And no, it’s not another fad diet, expensive program, or pre-packaged food gimmick—hallelujah!)

It’s a simple solution that gives you back healthy eating with real food— And it works long term—for good—and that’s what’s so exciting.

We really don’t want one more family to have to continue on that same path we were walking—it was brutal, for sure!

Our joy now comes in helping others to experience the same true life transformation as we have—it’s that profound.

Yes, you CAN finally release the bad fat—for good. And see your entire family live a healthy, active lifestyle!

So welcome to a new life journey! We want to show you the way and help you succeed.

Hi, I’m Kristine Parker, and my husband Cameron and I are no longer feeling disheartened or defeated. Instead, as busy working parents, we’re enjoying life to the fullest and helping others to do the same, coming alongside fellow sojourners like you on your quest for a healthy lifestyle.

Let our story give you hope!
The details may differ from yours, but your heart may resonate with our emotions, pitfalls, and patterns.

You see, my husband and I both felt like we were never going to succeed at this weight-loss thing! We both brought negative patterns and dashed hopes for weight loss into our marriage. And together, those issues inflated—literally!

But how did our growing up years set the stage for all this? Perhaps surprisingly, I HAD experienced the benefits of home-cooked meals and nutritious foods; my mom chose quality protein and cooked with vegetables from our garden. I loved those meals, but in my busy teen years, I didn’t pay much attention to what she cooked, why, or how. While I benefited from wise habits, I didn’t make them my own.

Growing up, I also thought of myself as slim and active. It wasn’t until I got into college with new freedom to buy junk food—so convenient and plentiful!—that I gained 25 pounds my first year, a first of ever-growing food frustrations.

My husband, though? Well, let’s just say his “healthy food foundation” was shaky at best. He grew up in a house where home-cooked meals were non-existent–as often were cups and plates. Eating out of jars of peanut butter, off blocks of cheese, straight out of cans, drinking milk straight from the carton, and eating at fast food joints and restaurants were par for the course.

He had two bigger brothers who also liked to eat a lot. Whenever there was something to eat it went fast. He said he had to fight like an animal to get the best tasting food.

Cameron says he’d “always been overweight,” teased at school, picked to play tuba in band since it matched his body type, and always slated as a football lineman. But more than anything, Cameron says he remembers the pain—of not feeling worthy or masculine or valued.

When we got married, Cameron’s unhealthy eating habits added to mine and we both continued to gain . . . and gain. I didn’t like my body anymore—an understatement, actually!—as I felt increasing shame and despair.

Cameron says he felt like he was becoming a bystander in life, cringing at the thought of meeting new people and being judged by his weight.

During this time though—and thankfully!–we had two children, a beautiful daughter and son. More than anything, we realized, we didn’t want to pass our unhealthy lifestyle and habits on to them. In fact, we wanted the best for them, but with both of us working full-time, life was super busy—with kids and jobs, laundry and carpool, you know what I mean.

So, during the first 18 years of our marriage, what did we do? We tried every diet out there—and the only thing we lost for good (it seemed) was a positive self-image.

Pretty sad, we know.
We tried—and failed—at so many diets (with each of us losing pounds initially, only to see it come flying right back):

*The Chinese Cabbage Diet (from a book)–boring food we couldn’t maintain

*Body for Life–with time-consuming exercises and too-expensive shakes and bars

*Jenny Craig–spending thousands on pre-packaged food and then groceries on top of that and finding it too boring and expensive to maintain

*USANA Reset diet—it wasn’t real food!

*LA Weight Loss–with thousands wasted as a start-up cost and on bars we grew to dislike

*HCG diet—“Are you kidding me?” Cameron still says—and although I initially lost 27 pounds, neither of us could maintain the 500 calorie limit no matter how hard we tried.

And several more . . .

With each diet, I gained back more weight than I’d lost, and at one point reached 199 pounds—my full pregnancy weight, and now I wasn’t even pregnant!

I hated getting ready every morning, digging through my closet trying to find something, ANYTHING, that would hide my fat belly so people wouldn’t think I was pregnant.

Cameron actually ballooned to 365 pounds! He began taking prescription meds to block the fat he ate in his diet. And he was advised that if that failed—which it did!—he should have stomach surgery as his health was at great risk!

But after researching gastric bypass and lap-band surgeries, learning of all the possible outcomes (such a being nutrient-deprived from a super small stomach, acquiring rolls of hanging skin, and even death!), Cameron admits he almost gave up as hopelessness and defeat set in.
He knew he had to change when he heard a little girl telling our son, “Your dad is fat.”

Our son replied, “Yeah, I know.”

She replied, “No, I mean really, really fat.”

Our son said again, “Yeah, I know.”

This broke Cameron’s heart. He wasn’t being the example he wanted our son to see. He wasn’t the father our son could be Proud Of. He wanted our daughter to see what a real man should be like so she’d have an example of what to look for in a husband someday. He wanted me to be proud of him and his body and want to show him off as my Trophy!

Me, too . . . but at that point, I didn’t think either of us could ever break free from the shackles of dieting gimmicks and our own thought patterns to find a solution that would work for us.

But, wow, “never give up,” has become my new mantra. Because that’s when a good friend introduced me to the solution like I’d never seen before, to the

“7 Vital Weight Loss Elements.”

And I saw that people were getting quick and dramatic results with it, like I did from the HCG diet, but these folks weren’t restricted to only 500 calories a day, and they actually kept the weight off.

And it didn’t cost thousands of dollars and take up tons of time either.

So as a next step, I studied the foods we were allowed to eat while on the program to see how I could make it fit into our lives.

These were real foods, not shakes and bars, so that was the first good sign. And the program itself was extremely inexpensive, especially considering how much I had spent on weight loss over the last 18 years.

Now as you know, our family loves good food. Comfort food. Food that tastes good and leaves you satisfied. I learned that I can’t stick with a plan that totally deprives me and has me eating the same boring, bland food day after day.

And while I was tired of fast food, I craved delicious home-cooked meals, like my mom made when I was growing up and now like I wanted for my own kids.

So knowing I wouldn’t be successful with the program without some information of how to implement this plan and still feel satisfied, I started researching.

I wanted to find tools and resources that would make healthy eating easy and family friendly. And that’s exactly what I did. I gathered tasty recipes that my kids love with simple meal-planning tips,

I was ready to start releasing my fat—for good.

And success at last! In the first 16 weeks, I released 40 pounds! And during that same time, Cameron released 60 pounds! But that was just the beginning.
